I can't really explain just how wonderful it was to read our book and tell its story to the home crowd.  On Saturday, Aug. 16, we had a signing at Magic Box Toys in New Orleans -- and both my third grade and fifth grade teachers were there (see the pictures below)! Then, a day later, we got to do it all over again at the Barnes and Noble not far away.  I came away with a lot of great pictures.  But the feeling I left with was even better.  Thanks, everyone.
